Bookmarklets
TT Auto
TT Auto is an integrated utility that consolidates all of the "Auto" bookmarklets into a single feature. This bookmarklet currently offers the following features, each of which can be added as independent bookmarklets as noted further down on this page.
- Auto-Awesome (See below for details)
- Auto-DJ (See below for details)
To make use of the TT Auto bookmarklet, simply drag and drop the following link into the
bookmarks/favorites bar in your browser, join a turntable.fm room and
click the new bookmark. You will see the icon for the "settings" menu turn blue, and the available options will appear immediately below the "Logout" option. Selecting the desired feature(s) will enable/disable the features:
Auto-Awesome
(If you use the Auto-Awesome bookmarklet, consider linking to this page from your Turntable profile: http://goo.gl/tiMzq)
The Auto-Awesome bookmarklet was initially built for personal use amongst a group of co-workers. To make the experience more fun, we included the option to display custom DJ avatars (for select individuals) to anyone running the script. Anyone not running the script will see the standard turntable avatars.
Auto-DJ
Please be responsible and respectful when using this script, as some rooms have DJ queues or other rules related to when you can DJ, and for how long.
Notes
- Before using the above scripts in any room, be sure to read the room rules under the "Room Info" tab for the room. Some rooms have rules against the use of scripts, so taking this into consideration may save you some headaches.
- If both bookmarklets are enabled simultaneously, both indicators will appear above the turntable logo:
